Hugo and CircusConcepts have always provided me with exceptional service and circus equipment of the highest quality. Not only do they make great wheels, but they'll make anything custom! We have a set of handstand canes that were made just for us- the canes and our cyr wheels have carried us through literally thousands of shows around the world. This quadropod in a word... HEAVEN :) I'm so glad we found CircusConcepts! We know nothing of rigging, but wanted something that would be safe. Fred has been beyond patient with all of our questions before, and after purchase. The equipment is made very well. The instruction packet, and the YouTube videos of the detailed assembly, rigging, and disassembly are more than we've seen from any company, and have made the learning curve pretty easy. People thought I was nuts to get the 15 ft option, and now that we have it, we know it is the perfect height, and couldn't imagine it any other way.

We have a Chinese Pole that's been up for a while and tough to get the sections apart. Hugo was extremely prompt in helping out. Customer service: 11/10. In addition, the pole is extremely high quality and has lasted numerous classes and new students. Is there a better product? Doubt it.

I love my new CC 8m rope and velvet straps. The equipment is amazing and I am very pleased with the quality. I have been researching and comparing a lot of ropes and found a perfect Rope that is not too thick and not too thin, a perfect in-between for my smaller hands. The cover is medium-rough, so it does not shred your hands but at the same time offers you a nice grip for dynamic and release moves. The insides are nice and soft, so it coils very easily and is perfect for any kind of roll-up stuff. The splice is beautifully done and covered with a nice leathery cover. Straps are covered.

I purchased the freestanding rig for my aerial silk. I LOVE it! I got the 16ft version and I could easily set it up by myself. It was very easy to set up. I hope to upgrade to 20 or 24ft in the future. It is in my backyard and I get a lot of compliments. People are very curious. There are a lot of options for freestanding rigs and I wrote to several companies to ask questions. CircusConcepts has been the most helpful. Their customer service is excellent and prompt. I will definitely purchase from CircusConcepts again in the future.

Dear Mr Hugo , Today I receive my absolutely beautiful heart Hoop… I’m so amazed how pretty it is and perfect and so light!!! Much lighter than my regular Hoop… I haven’t tried it yet but I am absolutely head over heels in love!! We have had our Achille rig for over 3 years now and it is holding up well to weekly set up and take down. When we had a problem with a pieces, CircusConcepts sent over a completely upgraded part to ensure our rig could stay in tip top shape. Dear Hugo and everyone . . . I'm writing to tell you how much I love my handstand canes! First, I was AMAZED at how quickly they arrived. You guys are really outstanding in the customer service department!!! And the canes themselves are so beautiful and just perfect for me. I especially love the wood on the round handles. I recently purchased PRO Handstand kit from CircusConcepts. It's an excellent piece of equipment, very well built, feels solid and looks nice. The rods are thick and solid, and the base is very stable. I feel like I could kip on it, and it wouldn't tip. Very happy of that purchase, CircusConcepts is a great place to look for circus equipment...

ACHILLE Aluminium Freestanding Rig *a year ago I bought my tripod with you and I love it !!! We have since built up in many places, even once in a room, but mostly on the grass and in the open. Many people ask me where I have her and envy me because it comes so great build. Hi Hugo, Just wanted to send you an update that I absolutely LOVE the canes! they are extremely stable and sturdy - great job on building them. I've been practicing pretty much daily and having a lot of fun with them. They are much easier to jump up onto than I was expecting, and I didn't realize how much the blocks actually assist in balancing once I'm up. Thanks again for such good work!
